The Company

The company was founded by Henry Pollard in 1860, and remained in family ownership until 1997 when a management buy-out ensured the continuing success of the organisation.

Pollard provides a comprehensive and flexible range of services, geared to producing outstanding value.

Experience in a broad range of market sectors has been developed over many years and is complemented by the skills and experience of the Directors and Staff.

The scope of the Company’s activities covers Major Contracting, Design and Build, Refurbishment and Maintenance in both the Public and Private Sectors.

Pollard has a continuing reputation for quality and are proud to be able to point to many of the finest buildings in locations throughout the South West as products of their construction skills.
